Het anatomisch theater van het Anatomisch Instituut dateert van het einde van de 19de eeuw en deed dienst als leslokaal voor de medische faculteit van de Universiteit Gent. Bij de restauratie werden de nodige audiovisuele en multimediale tools voorzien, maar werden de authentieke, houten lesbanken bewaard.
The anatomical theatre of the Anatomical Institute dates from the end of the 19th century and served as a classroom for the university's medical faculty. During the restoration, the necessary audiovisual and multimedia tools were provided, but the authentic, wooden teaching benches were preserved.
